Isokyrö’s 18th-Century Market – An Unforgettable Weekend
Nature Paavola took part in Isokyrö's 18th-Century Market with our products from 7–9 August 2026. As usual, we brought along our birch sap products and a wide selection of berry powders, including blackcurrant and cranberry powders. Our stall also featured delicious blackcurrant jellies.
The weather was kind to both us and the event organisers, allowing us to enjoy the lively market atmosphere in beautiful, sunny late-summer weather.
We already had high expectations for this event, and Isokyrö's 18th-Century Market certainly lived up to them. The atmosphere has always been something truly special, and this year was no exception. The historic setting, beautifully designed event area and unique atmosphere of the market once again swept us away. A huge thank you to the organisers for putting together such a wonderful event!
We were especially delighted to see many returning customers from previous years visiting our stall to buy the same products again. To us, this feels like a great vote of confidence and shows that we must be doing something right. It is wonderful to see our products find their way into customers' homes and back onto their shopping lists year after year.
The 31st Edition
Isokyrö's 18th-Century Market is one of Finland's largest events dedicated to crafts and artisans. The market is held every year on the second weekend of August in the historic surroundings of the Old Church and local heritage museum. Visitors can enjoy a traditional market atmosphere, skilled craftsmanship and a wide variety of experiences.
This year marked the 31st edition of the market. The beautiful weather attracted large crowds from the very first hours of the event, and once again a new attendance record was set over the weekend. An impressive more than 25,000 people visited the event.
Isokyrö's 18th-Century Market is the largest individual event organised in the municipality of Isokyrö and a nationally significant crafts event. The market is known for its unique setting and strong historical atmosphere. Over the years, it has successfully built a strong brand as an authentic event that remains true to its distinctive character.
